Mike Mascia

Born and raised in The Bronx, NY, Mike Mascia has lived in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and now calls Texas home.
Mike is a driven Sales and Intake leader with an ambitious approach to supporting clients and building high-performing teams through the development of programs and systems. He’s passionate about educating both clients and team members, always striving to provide the best possible guidance and tools for success. Inspired by his mentors, Mike takes pride in doing everything he can to help others—whether they’re clients in need or employees looking to grow.
Throughout his career, Mike has had the privilege of working in environments where he can support people in distress, helping them find light at the end of the tunnel. His mission is to empower others to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive.
Mike is married with four kids, two dogs, and two cats. In his spare time, he enjoys going on adventures with his family, watching baseball and MMA, and diving into gaming. He also coaches his son Asher's Tball team!
