From my very first contact with attorney Dennis Viveiros, I knew I was in better hands. He was kind, understanding, and refreshingly honest about how poorly my previous attorney had handled my case. That level of clarity and compassion immediately put me at ease. As my case progressed, I worked closely with staff members Saige Santana and Karol Nino, who were both efficient, patient, and consistently professional. Every interaction reflected a high level of organization and care. Having dealt with many law firms in the past — and even having worked for a large firm myself — I was genuinely impressed with how capably this team managed the many details required by the court. I'll admit, I was initially hesitant about their "team" approach. I worried that with so many people involved, things might get lost or confused. There were a few moments of confusion, largely due to automated software that could use some refinement, but ultimately there was nothing to fear. The team structure actually increased efficiency and provided extra layers of oversight that helped catch mistakes before they became problems. In the end, my case was handled quickly and thoroughly.
